At Strawberry Moon & Co., every crystal is chosen with love and care. We want you to be thrilled with your new treasure, but we also know that sometimes things don’t work out. Here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
⏳ Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Flawed Beauties (these pieces are sold at a discount with imperfections noted in the listing — they’re perfectly imperfect and final sale unless damaged during shipping).

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Custom Creations (handmade art pieces are final sale unless there is a major flaw beyond what is expected in handcrafted work).
📦 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable service; we are not responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will help you file a claim with USPS (shipping insurance may cover the damage if selected at checkout).

If you receive the wrong item, that one’s on us — we’ll make it right.
💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.
