At Strawberry Moon & Co., we pack every crystal with love, care, and intention. Here’s what you need to know about how your treasures make their way home:

📦 Processing Time

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom creations may take longer (you’ll see timelines noted in the product description).

🚛 Shipping Options & Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

  • Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (U.S. only).

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

📬 Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard USPS shipping: usually 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Please note: delays caused by USPS are outside our control, but we’ll always help track things down.

📹 Unboxing Tip
If your package looks damaged upon arrival, we recommend taking photos before opening or recording your unboxing. This helps us file claims with USPS if needed.

✨ Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Once an order is marked “delivered” by USPS, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • If you need extra peace of mind, we recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance at checkout.
